Upgrading, downgrading, renewals and terminating a service.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade from the panel at any time. No commitment, no penalty. On an upgrade the new resources are applied shortly after.
Renewal
You can see the expiry date under My services in the panel. A reminder is sent before it expires. If you do not renew, the service is stopped and your data is deleted after a retention period.
Cancellation
You can terminate a service from the danger zone on its detail page. Termination is immediate and cannot be undone. No refund is given for the remaining time.
Back up your data before terminating. Data from a terminated service cannot be recovered.
