Clodo rules
Core guidelines and acceptable use principles for the Clodo platform.
General conduct
Respectful and constructive communication is essential across all Clodo services and community channels. Profanity, insults, targeting individuals, harassment, or discriminatory behavior are prohibited.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials; do not share your password with third parties. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours, so protecting it with two-factor authentication is recommended.
Fair resource usage
Resource limits in your plan represent upper bounds on shared server infrastructure. Continuous excessive resource consumption that negatively affects other customers may be restricted.
Prohibited activities
Attacks, port scanning, cryptocurrency mining, malware distribution, phishing, and sending unsolicited bulk messages are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate service suspension without prior warning.
Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content you host. Upon notification or detection of unlawful content, access is disabled without delay.
Support and communication
Account-related inquiries must be submitted by opening a support ticket in the panel to ensure tracked correspondence. Respectful and clear communication is expected across all support channels.
Discord community
Use respectful language; profanity, insults, and targeting individuals are prohibited. Discussions on religion, politics, or ethnicity, advertising, unverified schemes, and selling items or services are not permitted. Do not share personal information, impersonate staff, run bot commands outside dedicated channels, or excessively tag others. Do not tag staff for technical support—submit a ticket in the panel instead. Warning and moderation decisions are at staff discretion. You can view the full guidelines in the #rules channel on Discord.
