Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the panel whenever you like. No commitment, no penalty.
Can I try it without paying?
You can request a free trial once per person from the panel. We review the request and provision your server automatically once it is approved. No card details are needed for the trial.
What do I save by paying yearly?
Annual billing gets a 20% discount, so you pay for roughly nine and a half months instead of twelve.
Are the resources dedicated to me?
Every plan runs in an isolated container with its own CPU and RAM limits. Those limits are upper bounds and server resources are shared between customers. If you need guaranteed dedicated resources, contact us.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid from your account balance. You can top up your balance in the panel with a balance code; if you do not have one, open a support ticket or write to us on Discord to have balance added.
Can I get a refund?
Because the service is set up immediately after your order, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. If you are not satisfied, write to us within the first seven days and your request will be assessed based on how much the service was actually used. Details are in section 8 of the terms of service.
Are my servers backed up?
Automatic backups are not included in every plan. On plans with backup slots you can take backups yourself from the panel; the "Backups" line on each plan card shows how many slots it has. We recommend keeping an up-to-date copy of your data on your side as well.
What happens when my term ends?
Email reminders are sent 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. If you do not renew, the service is stopped; your data is kept for the period stated in the panel and is permanently deleted after that.
Where are the servers?
Services are hosted in Istanbul, Türkiye. Site and panel traffic is routed through Cloudflare.
