Plan Changes, Renewal and Cancellation

Changing Plans (Upgrade/Downgrade)#

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the service detail page in the panel at any time. On an upgrade, the new resources are applied to your service shortly. Downgrades are not refunded; resources shrink right away and you pay the new plan price from the next period.

Renewal Process#

You can see the expiry date of your service under My services in the panel. When auto-renewal is on, the service is renewed from your balance one day before it expires. If the balance is not enough, you are notified by email. If the term ends without renewal, the service is suspended and deleted at the end of this period. You can add a 3 or 7-day grace period from the add-ons.

Service Cancellation#

You can terminate a service from the danger zone on its detail page. Termination is immediate and cannot be undone. No refund arises automatically for the remaining time (exceptions in the Terms of Service apply).
